At ICS English, our online language education services are digital products. This page explains our delivery processes and return conditions.
All our educational content is provided digitally. The course packages you purchase are instantly assigned to your account after payment confirmation. There is no physical product delivery.
Once your payment is confirmed, your login credentials are sent to your registered email address. You can immediately access your courses and VOXI AI assistant by logging into your student panel. Activation is completed within 24 hours at the latest.
To access our platform, you need an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and a stable internet connection. Our mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices. A microphone and speakers/headphones are required for voice lessons.
For our educational services that are digital content, according to Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the service has started. Attending the first lesson or accessing content means the service has begun.
If no content has been accessed and no first lesson has been attended, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You can submit your refund requests to [email protected] or call 0242 248 12 14.
If you cannot access the platform due to technical issues, your time will be extended until the problem is resolved when you contact our support team. Compensation lessons or time extensions are provided for interruptions not caused by the student.
