At ICS English, our online language education services are digital products. This page explains our delivery processes and return conditions.
Return window: 14 days from digital delivery and account activation. Return cost: Free. No restocking fee. Return method: By mail. This is a digital language-learning subscription — there is no physical parcel to ship; a return is processed by cancelling access and issuing a full refund to the original payment method. Send the request to [email protected] or call +90 242 248 12 14. A return label is not included in the package; the return label is the customer's responsibility (no printed label is required for digital goods). We accept returns of defective and non-defective (change-of-mind) unused access within 14 days. Exchanges are not accepted. Item condition: new only — content must not have been used and no lesson started. Refund processing time: 14 days from the request.
All our educational content is provided digitally. The course packages you purchase are instantly assigned to your account after payment confirmation. There is no physical product delivery.
Once your payment is confirmed, your login credentials are sent to your registered email address. You can immediately access your courses and VOXI AI assistant by logging into your student panel. Activation is completed within 24 hours at the latest.
To access our platform, you need an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and a stable internet connection. Our mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices. A microphone and speakers/headphones are required for voice lessons.
Digital education services may be returned within 14 days. Under applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be used after the service has started (first lesson attended or content accessed). The 14-day window applies to unused digital access.
If no content has been accessed and no first lesson has been attended, you can request a free full refund within 14 days of purchase / digital delivery. If you cannot access the platform due to technical issues, your time will be extended until the problem is resolved when you contact our support team. Compensation lessons or time extensions are provided for interruptions not caused by the student.
