Is it possible to attend the summer school free of charge?
Yes, this is possible under Option B: For students who complete September 2026 autumn term early enrolment, all remaining summer school programmes are complimentary. This is the September early enrolment benefit. Standard registration fees apply for other programmes; however, all programmes include a 14-day no-questions-asked cancellation policy.
How does the 14-day no-questions-asked cancellation policy work?
This is our standard guarantee for all ICS programmes: Within 14 days of registration, you may cancel for any reason; the full amount paid is refunded without deduction. This right applies even after the programme has commenced.
Why does the Intensive Summer Programme price differ between May and June?
Registrations made by 31 May receive a 25% early registration discount (23,700 TRY). From 1 June, the standard fee is 31,600 TRY. In the event of September early enrolment, 50% of the amount paid is deducted from the September package (11,850 TRY credit).
Does the Single-Period 7,900 TRY package include course training?
No. The Single-Period package is a 2-week summer activity package; it includes clubs, activities, and a social programme. The Intensive Summer Course Programme (Option A) is suitable for students seeking academic course training. Following the single period, additional periods may be added, or upgrade to the summer gift package via September early enrolment is available.
What level should my child be at?
We accept all levels (from A1 beginner to mid-B1). Children are placed in classes appropriate for their age group. If the level is unknown, simply select 'Unknown'; level assessment is conducted at the branch.
How is time selection arranged for adults?
Adult programmes are offered in the FLEX LEARNING model: 3 slots per day — Morning 09:00-12:00, Afternoon 13:00-16:00, Evening 18:30-21:30. You may select according to your work schedule. Children's programmes are conducted in a fixed-class arrangement for planning convenience.
How does the 11-club rotation work?
A different club programme takes place each day: Drama, Game, Story Time, Science, Music & Karaoke, Movie, Art, Free Talk, Sports, Cooking, Tech (Junior+). All clubs may be experienced within 2 weeks.
We have a summer holiday plan. Is remote participation possible?
This summer school programme is conducted exclusively in person at our Muratpaşa (Antalya) and Menderes (İzmir) branches. The remote (online) option is not active during this term. Registered students are provided with 3 months of AI Voxi platform access included in the package; digital practice may continue during the holiday period.
What is included in the ICS Flex Learning programme in September?
Adults: 13 parallel classes, weekdays 11:00-21:30 plus weekends 09:00-21:30 access, 60+ clubs, 5 language options, QR reservation for flexible attendance. How does the post-registration process proceed?
Upon form submission: 1) Our consultant will contact you within hours, 2) You will be invited to the branch for registration; programme details are shared and the most suitable option (A/B/C) is evaluated together, 3) Payment is completed at the branch (with 14-day no-questions-asked cancellation rights), 4) Voxi platform access is activated.
