To deliver our services, your personal data may be processed by carefully selected service providers (sub-processors) acting on our instructions: Google Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, authentication, storage), Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude (AI tutor and content generation), Microsoft Azure Speech (pronunciation assessment, processed in a European Union region), DeepSeek (content generation using de-identified attributes only — never your identity), ElevenLabs (speech synthesis), Paddle (website payments) and SendPulse (notifications). Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses, and we de-identify data before sending it to providers in countries without an adequacy decision. We do not store your raw voice recordings or full conversation transcripts. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
